Aithos is a blend of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and the Greek word ethos, which relates to, among other things, a speaker's credibility. Our mission is to deliver a modern assessment platform that rests first and foremost on integrity and accountability, and that strives for a fair and objective way of assessing a profile's current AI level as well as openness to new technology. At the same time, we are painfully aware that, given our limited question batteries, it is impossible to draw conclusions about either of the two, which is why our ambition is to give an indication. Where it is used for recruitment purposes, we are transparent that it should be used as a supplement to a decision-making process and hardly as the primary basis for a decision.
