Tests current AI level as well as openness to new technology
Helps document your AI competence level in line with the requirements of the EU AI Act, Article 4
What the candidate can actually do in practical AI use: prompt design, source criticism and data ethics.
Mirrors the Big Five trait theory from personality psychology, transferred to a technological context.
“I prefer to wait before adopting new technology until others have found the teething problems”.
From agreement to report — with no manual handling along the way
Aithos adapts the questions uniquely to the specific position, following an agreement in advance on how many applicants are expected to take the test, so the dilemmas are recognisable to candidates and employees.
Your contact person receives one shared link that can easily be sent to applicants or attached directly to the job posting.
From there, each applicant automatically gets their own link - it can only be used once, so the test can never be shared or reused.
As soon as the test is submitted, you receive the report. You also get a dashboard with all responses and a group profile across them. And you decide whether the candidate receives their report too.
The test measures your candidates' and employees' AI competence against the EU's definitions in the AI Act.
Measured directly against the definition in Article 3(56) of the AI Act: skills, knowledge and understanding.
Big Five is the most widely recognised model in personality psychology. It describes personality as five broad traits, and each trait is a spectrum rather than a box. Aithos carries that thinking over to technology, where we measure openness towards that very thing.
The report can be part of your documentation of a sufficient level of AI literacy, as Article 4 requires. The structure follows Dansk Standard's DS/PAS 2500-4.
Tell us a little about your organisation and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The pilot is free.
